I was told that it was an adjustment that was needed to the timing or the points but I never had it done. The last time I drove the car it stalled on me and it felt like it was choking a little so I haven't driven it since and that was about 6 months ago. The car is currently registered and inspected. The brake system was gone through and any necessary repairs were made. Since I have owned the car I have had the entire engine completely rebuilt. The seats are in usable shape but are worn. The interior could use some work, it needs a carpet and a headliner. ![]() The body is very straight and in very nice shape and there is no rust anywhere. The floors are rock solid with no signs of rust. I know that the mileage is correct as it was purchased from the family of the original owner. Before I purchased the car, the gas tank had been replaced along with the entire suspension. I do not know too much about the history of this car as it was acquired at an estate sale. The mileage on the car is not fully known since the speedometer went out earlier this year. The speedometer just got rebuilt but does not have the connector cable. Still, it is in great condition for its age and is a perfect car for everyday driving or cruising around on your day off. Since this is a 51 year old car there is normal wear and tear on the interior and nicks on the paint. Original keys, operating instructions booklet, warranty manual & the "Dodge Golden Anniversary" guide to "carefree motoring" booklet are included.
